Step into a part-time contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician providing meaningful support to K-8th grade students. This role, located in Palm Bay, FL, gives you the chance to make a direct impact by working one-on-one or in small groups with students who benefit from your specialized skills.

Ideal candidates possess current Florida RBT certification and have a passion for helping children achieve their behavioral and academic goals. With a manageable caseload of just 1-2 students, youll have the space to build rapport and provide the personalized attention each student deserves.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in Florida
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collaborate with school staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliability and adaptability in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy and behavioral interventions tailored to K-8 students
• Collect, record, and report data on student progress
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and BCBA supervisors
• Support positive behaviors and reinforce replacement skills
• Adjust strategies according to individual student needs and team feedback
