- Current RBT certification and registration maintained in good standing
- Proven experience applying ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies with children or within educational settings

- An understanding of data collection, behavior intervention plans, and progress tracking
- Ability to adapt to various classroom scenarios and work independently or as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct one-on-one or group behavioral support and instruction to students
- Track and record data on student progress, behavior trends, and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other support staff to reinforce positive behaviors and learning goals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Support students in developing essential social, emotional, and life skills within the classroom routine
