Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct one-on-one or group behavioral support and instruction to students
  • Track and record data on student progress, behavior trends, and skill acquisition
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other support staff to reinforce positive behaviors and learning goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Support students in developing essential social, emotional, and life skills within the classroom routine
