Job Description

Looking for an engaging opportunity to make a difference in a students educational experience? A part-time contract position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced ABA therapist seeking to provide focused, 1:1 assistance to a 5th grade student in an elementary school setting. This is a short-term contract lasting 6 weeks, with a consistent schedule of up to 10 hours per week.

You will work closely with school staff and receive ongoing support, allowing you to deliver targeted behavioral interventions and contribute meaningfully to the students growth. Weekly pay is available, and youll have access to a dedicated clinical support team and recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or significant experience as an ABA therapist
  • Experience working in school settings or with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
  • Comfortable supporting behavioral goals and implementing behavioral intervention plans in a classroom environment
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain a supportive, professional relationship with students and school staff
  • Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to a 5th grade student in an elementary school, following established intervention plans
  • Assist the student in achieving social, behavioral, and academic goals throughout the school day
  • Collect and record behavioral data for review by school and clinical teams
  • Work closely with educators and caregivers to ensure continuity and success of interventions
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high standard of professional ethics at all times
