Key Requirements:

  • NY State credentials as an ABA, RBT, or BCBA
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and ABA methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards in behavioral care

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy for a 5th-grade student within a school setting
  • Implement and document behavior intervention strategies
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting techniques as needed
  • Communicate regularly with teachers and support staff to coordinate care
  • Complete progress notes and associated requirements in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with all professional and district standards
