Work one-on-one onsite with a 5th-grade student, utilizing ABA and behavior analytic techniques to guide positive outcomes. Key Requirements:
- NY State credentials as an ABA, RBT, or BCBA
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and ABA methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards in behavioral care
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized ABA therapy for a 5th-grade student within a school setting
- Implement and document behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting techniques as needed
- Communicate regularly with teachers and support staff to coordinate care
- Complete progress notes and associated requirements in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with all professional and district standards
