Make an impact as an experienced ABA professional by providing dedicated behavioral support for a 5th-grade student in a school setting. This part-time, onsite contract opportunity offers a chance to work closely with school staff and families near Saratoga Springs, NY, delivering specialized services and individualized care.
Ideal candidates bring expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and hold current NY credentials. Your focus will be on supporting student growth, developing effective interventions, and fostering a positive learning environment each week.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid NY licensure as an ABA, RBT, or BCBA
- Previous experience providing behavioral therapy or analysis in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong skills in behavior intervention planning and data collection
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite, complying with all district policies and procedures
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral intervention and support for a single 5th-grade student
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to implement effective ABA strategies
- Assess student progress and modify interventions based on data and team recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in meetings to provide insight on student treatment and development
