Job Description

Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) passionate about supporting student success? An exciting contract opportunity awaits near Santa Clara, UT, where youll play a vital role in helping children thrive academically and socially. Youll work 15-20 hours each week, primarily in the morning (Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.), with room to adjust your hours as needed. As an essential member of the educational support team, youll positively impact students by providing evidence-based behavioral support and working closely with special education staff to foster growth and independence.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience supporting students with a range of needs in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans, collect data, and provide feedback
  • Commitment to ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students
  • Implement behavior plans under the supervision of BCBA and school team
  • Accurately track student progress and document data
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families as needed
  • Help students develop essential social and adaptive skills
