Desired Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children or students in educational, clinical, or community settings
- Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, educators, and families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or supervisor
- Support students academic, social, and behavioral progress during the school day
- Collect data accurately regarding student behaviors and intervention outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to provide consistent support
- Assist in developing classroom strategies that foster an inclusive and positive environment
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions as required
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to all school and agency protocols
