Desired Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with children or students in educational, clinical, or community settings
• Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Support students academic, social, and behavioral progress during the school day
• Collect data accurately regarding student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to provide consistent support
• Assist in developing classroom strategies that foster an inclusive and positive environment
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions as required
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to all school and agency protocols
