Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students from 1st through 12th grade on a contract basis. Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple grade levels (1st through 12th)
  • Understanding of individualized support for students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative approach to partnering with teachers, school staff, and families
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated, one-on-one behavior support for assigned students
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education and behavioral intervention plans
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, school team members, and families to align approaches
  • Foster positive, inclusive learning experiences tailored to each student
  • Adjust strategies as directed by supervising behavior analysts or educators
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment
