Job Description

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans, preferably in school settings
- Solid understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques
- Strong communication skills for interaction with teachers, parents, and students
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate patience and empathy
- Effective data collection and reporting for student progress
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students, focusing on skill development and behavioral improvement
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising BCBA
- Collect and track data on student behaviors and progress, reporting findings to the supervising clinician and school staff
- Assist with goal setting and progress monitoring in collaboration with educational teams
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and sensitive information
- Foster a safe and encouraging classroom atmosphere
