Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans, preferably in school settings
• Solid understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques
• Strong communication skills for interaction with teachers, parents, and students
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate patience and empathy
• Effective data collection and reporting for student progress
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students, focusing on skill development and behavioral improvement
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect and track data on student behaviors and progress, reporting findings to the supervising clinician and school staff
• Assist with goal setting and progress monitoring in collaboration with educational teams
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and sensitive information
• Foster a safe and encouraging classroom atmosphere
