Job Description
This position is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students from 1st through 12th grade in a school setting located in San Francisco, CA. The role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support to students, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with educators and therapists to promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 support to students across various grade levels (1st to 12th grade)
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working in educational settings with children from elementary through high school levels
- Ability to provide individualized behavioral support and maintain accurate records
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
