Make a real impact as a Registered Behavior Technician, working directly with students from 1st through 12th grade in a dynamic school environment near San Francisco, CA. This contract opportunity offers an engaging setting where you'll provide essential 1:1 support across multiple grade levels, helping students achieve behavioral and academic success.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience supporting students in educational settings preferred
- Comfort and skill working with a broad age range (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong record-keeping and observational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions to students in grades 1 through 12
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
- Track progress and collect data to inform ongoing intervention adjustments
- Assist with creating positive behavioral strategies and promoting social-emotional growth
- Maintain a supportive, safe, and encouraging atmosphere for all students
- Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of each individual
