A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting located in Saint Louis, MO. This role is ideal for professionals dedicated to implementing behavioral interventions and promoting positive outcomes for children with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
- Provide one-on-one support to students to enhance skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure effective treatment strategies
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required by the program
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
