- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings preferred
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the leadership of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development
Daily responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions
- Accurately collecting and recording data as required by student treatment plans
- Assisting in developing individualized support strategies by observing student behaviors
- Collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to adjust and refine support plans
- Maintaining clear, professional communication with staff and caregivers
This assignment is structured with flexible schedulingapproximately 15-20 hours per week, typically 8:00 AM to 11:15 AM, Monday through Friday, with accommodations possible to fit your availability. Youll primarily work with one school and caseload, focusing your expertise where it counts most.
