Key Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in schools or similar environments is highly valued
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles

• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols

Core Responsibilities:

• Support students with special needs in classroom and/or individual settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and accurately document behavioral data daily
• Use proactive strategies to encourage positive behaviors and foster learning
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, school staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as required
• Maintain professional and ethical standards that reflect the schools mission and goals
