Job Description

Essential Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification recognized by the BACB
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or clinical settings
- Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families
- Ability to implement behavior support plans and collect precise data
- Professional reliability, adaptability, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA-based behavioral interventions under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain documentation according to protocols
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student needs
- Collaborate with school teams to integrate strategies within classroom routines
- Support positive student engagement, social development, and independence
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
