Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Prior experience working in K-12 school settings highly preferred
• Skilled at providing 1:1 support and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
• Adaptability to work with students across various grade levels and developmental needs
• A compassionate, patient approach, and a genuine commitment to student progress

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and behavior analysts to carry out individualized behavioral strategies for assigned students
• Provide consistent, evidence-based interventions to address behavior challenges and encourage positive behaviors
• Accurately collect and maintain data on student progress, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders
• Encourage social, academic, and emotional growth in students through tailored support
• Participate in meetings, professional development activities, and contribute to student planning as needed
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment, always advocating for students best interests
