As an RBT, you will collaborate closely with dedicated teachers and other educational staff to create and maintain individualized intervention plans. Your day-to-day work will directly contribute to students academic, social, and personal development, offering both challenges and rewards as you help shape their educational experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with students from 1st to 12th grade is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop rapport and maintain effective relationships with students
• Adaptability and patience in fast-paced, ever-changing school environments
• Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring for behavioral interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in classroom settings across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to modify behavior plans as needed
• Provide progress updates and maintain accurate documentation of student performance
• Support social and academic integration through positive reinforcement and coaching
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights for ongoing student development
