In this position, youll work 32.5 hours each week, collaborating with educational professionals to provide essential behavioral support. Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required
- Experience working in school settings or with children in grades K-8 is highly desired

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral intervention services to students under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
- Support classroom teachers in implementing behavior management strategies
- Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student care plans
