Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Familiarity with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Capacity for patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse student populations
- Proficient documentation and data collection skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or supervising professional
- Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data in accordance with established procedures
- Implement individualized education or behavior support plans as directed
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and regular supervision to maintain high standards of practice
- Communicate progress and challenges to teachers, supervisors, and families as appropriate
- Support a safe, encouraging, and respectful environment for all students
