Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Familiarity with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Capacity for patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse student populations
  • Proficient documentation and data collection skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or supervising professional
  • Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data in accordance with established procedures
  • Implement individualized education or behavior support plans as directed
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and regular supervision to maintain high standards of practice
  • Communicate progress and challenges to teachers, supervisors, and families as appropriate
  • Support a safe, encouraging, and respectful environment for all students
