Join a supportive school district in beautiful Riverside, CA! We're seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support and direct services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Position Details
- Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Schedule: Full-Time , or open to pickup sessions if needed or part time schedule
- School Year: 20262027
- Start Date: ASAP
- Caseload: K12 (assigned based on experience and district needs)
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support and intervention services to students under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
- Collect and accurately document student behavior and progress data.
- Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
- Assist with implementing positive behavior support strategies.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children or students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred
