This district is eager to hire and will be conducting interviews the week of June 1922, with decisions made swiftlywithin 24 hours. Youll work full-time, 8 AM3 PM, with a focus on providing dedicated 1:1 support to elementary students (K5) across a range of abilities from mild to severe disabilities. Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting children with mild to severe disabilities preferred
• Previous school-based or pediatric ABA setting experience beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to provide compassionate, individualized support
• Commitment to timely and professional communication

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions as directed by supervising clinicians
• Implement behavior support plans for assigned students
• Assist with data collection and documentation
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to promote student progress
• Support students in integrating into classroom activities and routines
• Attend scheduled meetings and maintain regular attendance
