An exciting contract opportunity is available for two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive Transition Program for the upcoming extended school year and into the next academic year. Full-time assignments begin July 6, 2026, and continue through June 15, 2027.
As an RBT in this program, you will collaborate closely with educators, behavior analysts, and other team members to promote positive student outcomes and foster independence. Your expertise will help students build essential skills for success during pivotal transition periods.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Prior experience in a school setting, especially with transition-aged students, is highly valued
- Strong ability to follow individualized behavior intervention and instructional plans
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Adaptability and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Directly support students in classroom and community-based settings
- Collect and record accurate data on student progress
- Contribute to team meetings and communicate observations with staff and parents
- Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that promotes student growth and independence
