Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time | Near Danbury, CT | 20262027 School Year
Location: Near Danbury, Connecticut
Schedule: Full-Time | ESY through NSY (July 6, 2026 June 15, 2027)
Openings: 2 RBT Positions
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, school-based roles in a district located near Danbury, CT. These positions will support a Transition Program, helping students build independence and prepare for life after high school.
Position Details
Start Date: July 6, 2026 (ESY)
End Date: June 15, 2027
Hours: Full-time
Caseload: Single school site
Program Focus: Transition program (life skills, vocational readiness, independence)
Responsibilities
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under BCBA supervision
Support development of functional, social, and behavioral skills
Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Track and document student progress
Collaborate with educators and support teams
Requirements
Active RBT certification required
Experience with adolescents or transition-aged students preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
