This contract opportunity is designed for skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Paraprofessionals passionate about working with children and adolescents to foster positive development and improve daily outcomes.
What Youll Bring:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience in a school, clinical, or childcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and positive reinforcement techniques
- Comfort collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
- Ability to maintain documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with behavioral needs within classrooms and in one-on-one settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supervising staff
- Collaborate with educators to deliver academic and behavioral supports
- Monitor students progress and promptly document outcomes and observations
- Assist with classroom organization and provide positive reinforcement throughout the school day
- Communicate regularly with the behavior team regarding student progress and any challenges
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
