Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Licensure in good standing
  • Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred

  • Ability to follow behavioral intervention plans and collect accurate data

Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement behavior intervention strategies
  • Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records regarding student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff in developing strategies for success
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to ensure implementation of best practices
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote positive behaviors
