  • Full-time schedule: 32.5 hours per week, with daily start and end times varying between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM depending on the school site.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
  • Prior experience in school settings or with youth preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and classroom environments.
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect, document, and report behavioral data as directed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support individualized student goals.
  • Reinforce positive behaviors and provide guidance according to best practices and district protocols.
