Take the next step in your career by supporting elementary students as an ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician in the Hyde Park, MA area. This long-term substitute contract position involves working 1:1 with an elementary-aged student with autism in a sub-separate classroom setting, providing individualized support and evidence-based behavioral interventions. The assignment will run through the remainder of the current school year and continue into the summeroffering consistency and the chance to make an ongoing difference in a students life.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Must hold active ABA or RBT certification
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students, ideally with autism spectrum disorders
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies (ABA principles)
• Collaborative communication skills for working with educators, families, and related service providers
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and foster a positive, structured setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and behavioral support to a single elementary student in a sub-separate classroom environment
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or school behavior specialist
• Collect and track data on student progress, making timely adjustments as recommended
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student progress and generalization of skills
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
