Desired Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience or training as a paraprofessional or in education support preferred
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication skills with both students and adults
  • Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized in daily tasks
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups to support students with behavioral, academic, and social goals
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect, record, and report data on student progress
  • Provide positive reinforcement and model appropriate behaviors
  • Assist classroom teachers with instructional and behavioral support as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to student progress discussions
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all learners
