Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with students in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Knowledge of behavior intervention techniques, data collection, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in team settings
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with special education staff and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to execute behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to students, ensuring interventions are implemented with fidelity
  • Collect and record accurate behavioral data and progress notes
  • Support students in classroom and individual settings to strengthen academic, social, and adaptive skills
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere that values every students potential
