Job Description

We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide specialized support for students with behavior needs in a school setting. This full-time contract position is based in Providence, Rhode Island, and offers a balanced 37.5-hour workweek over five days, including summer hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support K-12 students with autism and behavior needs.
Work closely with a caseload of approximately five students, delivering individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collaborate with school staff and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards.

Qualifications and Certifications:

Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience applying ABA principles with students on the autism spectrum.
Willingness to obtain a Teaching Assistant (TA) license is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and team members.

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $37.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
