Bring your passion for supporting student success to an exciting contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working within elementary, middle, and high school settings. Collaborate with experienced educators and specialists to provide essential behavioral intervention services and empower students from kindergarten through 12th grade to achieve their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working with students in Grades K-12, ideally in school environments
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Capable of adapting strategies to meet individual student needs across different age groups
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to dynamic school settings
What You'll Do:
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy and behavior intervention under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
- Collect, record, and report data on student progress and respond to feedback to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate behavioral strategies in classroom activities
- Support crisis intervention and de-escalation, always maintaining professionalism and compassion
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as needed
