Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification and registration in good standing
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents, especially in educational or behavioral health settings
• Proficiency in implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain detailed records and maintain confidentiality
• Adaptable, compassionate, and solution-focused approach

Main Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students requiring behavioral support, following custom ABA intervention plans
• Collect and document data on student progress as directed by supervising BCBA and school staff
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to adapt interventions for classroom needs
• Provide guidance and encouragement to students during group and one-on-one sessions
• Contribute insights and observations to team meetings and planning discussions
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment at all times
