Job Description

This full-time position offers 32.5 hours per week and focuses on providing essential behavioral interventions and support to students in grades K-8. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Direct experience working with children, preferably in school or similar educational settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm for working with elementary and middle school students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students using evidence-based behavioral practices
  • Assist in implementing individualized education and behavioral intervention plans
  • Accurately collect and record data regarding student progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate with other school staff and participate in team meetings as required
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to refine RBT skills
