Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral intervention in individual and group formats
- Implement and collect data on behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA
- Support classroom staff in applying positive behavioral supports
- Monitor student progress and report on behavioral outcomes
- Assist students in developing critical social, communication, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student success
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and legal standards
