What We're Seeking:

• Valid RBT certification and experience working in school-based or similar settings
• Ability to support students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups (grades K12)
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, staff, and families
• Capacity to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data effectively
• Comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and adaptability to address a variety of student needs throughout the school day

What You'll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately
• Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding student progress
• Support students in developing social skills and positive behaviors conducive to learning
• Assist with creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment for all students
