Desired Qualifications:

• Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Experience working with students in grades K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and practices
• Ability to collect, document, and maintain accurate behavioral data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability when working with students with varying needs and backgrounds
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping each student reach their full potential

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create effective classroom environments
• Collect, track, and report data on student progress and behaviors
• Assist in teaching social, communication, and academic skills tailored to student goals
• Participate in team meetings to provide input and discuss strategies for student support
• Engage with students in both one-on-one and small group settings to encourage positive behaviors and skills development
