A specialized opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students across multiple grade levels in an elementary school setting. This contract position is based in Portage, MI, and involves working directly with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collecting and recording data on student progress.
• Supporting individualized learning objectives for students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to create a positive educational environment.
• Assisting in the development of social, communication, and self-help skills for students.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Experience working within an elementary or secondary school environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students across different grade levels (K-12).
