Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide classroom support for students in a school setting. This role involves delivering both academic and behavioral support, including implementing behavior plans to help students succeed both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group student support
- Implement behavior intervention plans and ABA strategies
- Support students with autism, behavioral needs, and learning disabilities
- Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Qualifications:
- Active RBT Certification required
- Experience working with children with ASD and behavioral needs preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to support both academic and behavioral goals
Position Details:
- Location: Port Angeles, WA
- Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
- Start Date: 20262027 School Year
- End Date: End of School Year
- Setting: K12 school setting
- Caseload: 1:1 and group support for students with ASD, behavioral needs, and learning disabilities
