This full-time opportunity near Pontiac, MI is available for the coming school year through August 30th, offering a chance to work closely with children and adolescents with a range of behavioral needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active RBT certification through the BACB website (no pending status)
- Registered Behavior Technician license valid in Michigan
- Experience addressing a spectrum of behavioral issues, from mild to severe
- Confidence implementing behavior intervention strategies in a school setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical standards
- Up-to-date credentials and readiness to start promptly
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based one-on-one or small group interventions
- Collect and document behavioral data for student progress monitoring
- Work alongside teachers and school staff to ensure cohesive support plans
- Support positive student behavior and create a safe classroom environment
- Adapt to evolving student and program needs
