Job Description

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required, with knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Previous experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental needs in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and accurately document progress
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with professional, ethical, and confidentiality guidelines
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to managing diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral support, following individualized intervention strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress and guide ongoing program adjustments
  • Support classroom teachers and school staff in applying effective behavior management techniques
  • Actively participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and staff trainings
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can achieve their best outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, families, and team members regarding student progress and needs
