Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide classroom and behavioral support for students in a K12 school setting. This role involves delivering both academic and behavioral support, including implementing behavior plans to help students succeed both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group student support
Implement behavior intervention plans and ABA strategies
Support students with autism and emotional/behavioral needs
Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
Respond to and support escalated behaviors as needed
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Qualifications:
Active RBT Certification required
Must have independent supervision established
Experience working with children with ASD and behavioral needs preferred
Safety Care or restraint training preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt and support multiple classrooms
Position Details:
Location: Kingston, PA
Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time
Start Date: 20262027 School Year (August 2026)
End Date: June 2027
Setting: K12 school setting
