What you'll need to succeed:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Solid experience working with elementary-age children, preferably in a school setting
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively partner with teachers, therapists, and families
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct, individualized behavior support to a male Kindergarten student throughout the school day
• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Monitoring student progress, collecting data, and communicating updates to the broader educational team
• Reinforcing positive behaviors and assisting with social and academic tasks
• Guiding the student through daily routines and transitions
• Helping create an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere
