Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings preferred
• Strong behavior management and data collection skills
• Able to confidently connect and communicate with students in grades 112
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Professional, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Reliable organization and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral intervention to assigned student(s)
• Implement behavior support plans developed by BCBA/supervising clinician
• Collect and record data on student behavior and interventions
• Work alongside teachers and school staff to ensure consistency across settings
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively with the intervention team
• Uphold confidentiality and a high standard of care and professionalism
• Participate in training and professional development as needed
