Desired Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school administrators
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
• Adaptability to engage with students across multiple grade levels, from elementary through high school

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and support plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Work 1:1 with students to promote positive behaviors and develop essential life skills
• Implement and record data-based strategies to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary team, families, and school staff regarding student performance and goals
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times
