Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Demonstrated experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable to diverse student needs
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a plus
• Background check and references required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy, following treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support students with social, communication, and behavioral goals in classrooms and other school environments
• Gather, track, and report on behavioral data to guide team interventions
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to provide holistic care
• Participate in training and team meetings to ensure best practice delivery
• Remain flexible and responsive to dynamic school needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students and staff
