RBT Classroom Support Role 2025/26 School Year + NSY
Pescadero, CA | La Honda-Pescadero 

We are actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide classroom support within La Honda-Pescadero Unified School District.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule: MondayFriday, 8:15 AM 2:45 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6/3/2026, with potential renewal for next school year
Location: 1 school site
Caseload: 1:1 support for a male student, while also assisting two additional students in 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms
Qualifications:

Active RBT certification required
School-based experience preferred
Experience supporting elementary-aged students and behavioral needs preferred
Compensation:

Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Candidates may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits.
