Sunbelt is working with a school district in the Pawtucket, Rhode Island area that is looking to hire a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. This school-based role supports students in an educational setting by providing behavioral and academic assistance throughout the day.

37.5 hours per week

On-site role
School-based setting
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs
Assist in carrying out behavior intervention strategies and plans
Work 1:1 and in small group settings with students
Support classroom routines and student engagement
What Were Looking For:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience in schools or working with children is preferred but not required
Someone who is patient, dependable, and comfortable with behavioral support
