A school in Pawtucket, RI, is seeking a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs in a contract position. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support individualized student goals
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
• Participate in team meetings and assist with training as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Rhode Island RBT certification is required
• Experience working with students in a school environment preferred

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
