Job Description
A school in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students requiring behavior intervention services on a contractual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children in an educational setting, implementing behavior plans designed to foster positive learning outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Rhode Island RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children in a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans accurately
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers and therapists
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision, ensuring fidelity to protocols
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with special education staff and behavior analysts to support student needs
- Assist in promoting a safe and supportive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
