This opportunity seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Rhode Island certification to provide specialized behavioral support within a school setting. This contract role is based in Pawtucket, RI, and focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans to assist students who require behavioral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect accurate data on student behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT certification guidelines.
• Assist in developing and adjusting intervention plans based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Rhode Island RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic environments.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
