Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support behavioral interventions in a school setting located in Pawtucket, RI. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply your specialized skills in behavior analysis to make a meaningful impact on students' learning and development within an educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Rhode Island RBT certification is required
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong understanding of behavior principles and data collection methodologies
• Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and educational teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collect accurate and timely data to track student progress
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, teachers, and other support staff to ensure consistency of support
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines related to behavior interventions
• Support positive behavioral development and promote skill acquisition for students with varying needs
