This full-time opportunity covers 37.5 hours per week and offers both school year and summer assignments, providing continuity and meaningful impact for the students you serve.

Your role will involve individualized support, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help students develop critical skills and reach their fullest potential. Collaborate closely with educators and behavior analysts to implement intervention plans, while monitoring student progress and adapting techniques as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Background as an RBT or ABA Therapist required
  • Applicants with expired or inactive RBT certifications welcome; willingness to pursue renewal encouraged
  • Must be open to obtaining a Rhode Island Temporary Authorization (TA) certification
  • Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings preferred
  • Commitment to professional growth and maintaining a positive, empathetic approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated one-on-one ABA therapy to students as directed by the supervising BCBA
  • Record detailed data and participate in progress monitoring for students behavior and skill acquisition
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of individualized behavioral plans
  • Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of each student
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as related to behavior intervention and ABA techniques
