Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain patient, empathetic, and supportive in potentially challenging situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a supervising BCBA
• Collect, monitor, and document student data and progress toward behavioral goals
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a safe and conducive learning atmosphere
• Provide one-on-one support to students, encouraging positive behavior and social skills development
• Participate in team meetings and contribute observations for continuous improvement
• Ensure that all interventions and documentation comply with relevant school and district policies
