Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Previous experience assisting children or adolescents with behavioral needs, especially in school settings, is highly preferred.
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude working with students and educational staff.
  • Familiarity with data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students based on individualized behavior plans.
  • Collect and record behavioral data accurately and promptly.
  • Implement behavior modification techniques and monitor students responses.
  • Assist students in achieving behavioral and academic goals set by the educational and behavioral teams.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families to support student progress.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
